| Description | Site Directions: Sanford Middle School 3524 42nd Avenue South Minneapolis, MN 55406 Est. Completion Date: Dec. 29, 2023 Description: The Scope of Work includes lighting replacement in MPS Sanford Middle School. Replacement of existing interior lighting fixtures with LED fixtures and implementation of digital lighting controls system. The Work is expected to primarily be a one-to-one replacement with layout and lighting quality changes as needed to provide needed illumination of each space. Digital lighting controls with daylight sensing, dimming and scheduling capabilities per District standards. Alternate for conversion of previously remodeled portion of building to N-Light controls consistent with this project. |
