Description

This proposal provides for the maintenance, care, and all related activities of all exterior landscaped areas as outlined on the enclosed maps and plans. Areas include 54 corner planting beds and 9 cul-de-sacs surrounding the Dempster/Dodge shopping center; planting beds adjacent to two commercial streetscapes, Green Bay Road embankment and beds, Poplar Avenue embankment and beds; and the planting islands within the Lorraine H. Morton Civic Center. The type of maintenance, care and other activities is defined in the following scope of services and is designed to promote healthy growth and create the landscape environment specified.
