Primary facilities include administrative areas, operations area with a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF), a Ranger Operations Center (ROC), and Company Operations Facilities/Readiness Bays. Construction includes mechanical and electrical systems, information systems, fire protection and alarm systems, Intrusion Detection System (IDS), and Energy Monitoring Control Systems (EMCS).Supporting facilities include site development, utilities and connections, lighting, paving, parking, walks, curbs and gutters, storm drainage, information systems, landscaping and signage. Provide a fully engineered clear span bridge of welded steel construction, and fully engineered concrete foundation system in accordance with the solicitation documents. Provide Electric Vehicle Charging Stations encompassing the conductors, including the ungrounded, grounded, and equipment grounding conductors and the electric vehicle connectors, attachment plugs, and all other fittings, devices, power outlets, or apparatus installed specifically for the purpose of delivering energy from the premises wiring to the electric vehicle (EV) in accordance with the solicitation documents. 0004 Option 2 - Escorts During Construction. Provide guard and escorts, and follow the procedure as noted in accordance with the solicitation documents to include Specification 01 14 00 Section 1.4.3.2 and 1.4.3.3 Escorts. A guard is required at the entrance of the construction site from the start of construction through the final acceptance by the Government. Another guard is required at the entrance of the S-2 Secure Area once the area is enclosed on exterior surfaces and prior to the start of interior rough-in in the S-2 Area until final acceptance by the Government. Escorts shall have line of sight to each worker within the S-2 Secure Area.
