| Description | Stone Materials Clean Sand Black Dirt Asphalt - Materials & Service Concrete Disposal Bid shall be in accordance with the description, quantity, terms and conditions contained in the specifications on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer, in the terms of this notice and laws of the State of Indiana applicable thereto. Bidders shall execute their bids on the forms included in the bid packaged, together with a non-collusion affidavit, and a signed copy of Certification Regarding Unauthorized Aliens, as set forth in the Bid Documents, and remain open for acceptance ninety (90) days following their receipt. The Town Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informality in bidding. |
