Pole #4 Remove and replace (4) fiat panel 1000Wequiv LED fixtures with brackets. Remove and replace (2) 30A fuses Remove and replace 1 phase, 30A, N3R side arm disconnect and hub Replace conduit and weatherhead Install catchall and reattach triplex Supply and install SO cord whip for each fixture Pole #5 Remove and replace (4) fiat panel 1000Wequiv LED fixtures with Brackets Remove and replace (2) 30A fuses Supply and install SO cord whip for each fixture Pole #6 Remove and replace (4) fiat panel 1000Wequiv LED fixtures with brackets. Remove and replace (2) 30A fuses Supply and install SO cord whip for each fixture Contractor to supply all material, lift rental, clean all construction debris, set time clock for approved time by NORDC, adjust and check all HML's for proper operation.
