| Description | Providing professional Mechanical design and construction services for Mechanical (HVAC) Up-Grades to the Durham Bulls Athletic Park (DBAP). To replace components of MEP systems to ensure that the timing of the replacement is planned with the end of their useful life. There are currently 3 Air Handlers, 1 Hot Water Boiler, 1 Hot Water Heater and some small miscellaneous terminal VAV boxes in the scope of work that were identified as targets to be replaced as part of this capital improvement plan. All components of the system will need to be updated with HVAC controls and connected to the existing building automation system. |
