Main Campus Apex Design/Build

Design Build services to consolidate buildings at Main Campus. Design and construction of facilities to be located on land owned or leased by MetroHealth. The Project will include renovation of existing space and/or a new construction. Several buildings at MetroHealth Main Campus are slated for demolition as part of the Campus Transformation master plan. The buildings described below that will be part of the Project will serve as a replacement to the existing medical business buildings on Main Campus and the Outpatient Plaza (OPP): Outpatient & Administrative Building - The scope of work consists of design and construction of a new approximately 220,000 BGSF outpatient and administrative building. The MetroHealth System 2 of 8 Planning | Design | Construction Cancer Center – The scope of work consists of design and construction of a new approximately 30,000 BGSF cancer care center with linear accelerators to be relocated from the existing OPP. Gannon Remodel – The scope of work consists of approximately 42,000 BGSF interior renovation work, utility improvements, additional MEP functions and exterior construction as needed to repair the building envelope and facade where a currently adjoining building will be demolished. Rammelkamp Remodel – The scope of work consists of approximately 20,000 BGSF interior renovation work, utility improvements, additional MEP functions and exterior construction as needed to repair the building envelope and facade where a currently adjoining building will be demolished. Parking Garage – This scope consists of design and construction of a new 700 car parking garage. In addition to the Gannon Remodel of approximately 42,000 BGSF and Rammelkamp Remodel of approximately 20,000 BGSF, the anticipated size of the Outpatient & Administrative Building and the Cancer Center are to be approximately 250,000 BGSF (combined) for a project total of 312,000 BGSF.
