Shenandoah Park Pool Renovation Project

The scope of work includes the demolition of the existing pool facility and construction of a new pool facility with a competition swimming pool, a soccer field with lighting, relocation of the basketball courts, exercise equipment/fitness outdoors area, renovation of the park's promenade, reconfiguration and renovation of the baseball field (lighting by others), new walkways, and other enhancements to the overall park. The full Scope of Work is detailed in the Contract Documents. The estimated base construction cost, not including any alternates or allowances, is $6,411,192.64. The City reserves the right to award this contract for only the base scope of work, or any combination of base scope of work plus any or all alternates.
