| Description | The Project consists of the following major elements: Installation of approximately 5,765 linear feet of water line in multiple locations. The Owner shall supply pipe and appurtenances for the Project as described in the Contract Documents. Bidders must be listed on Engineer's list of planholders who have purchased the Contract Documents, Specifications, and Drawings. Engineer shall be provided with the following information: mailing address for U.S. Postal Service, physical delivery address, telephone number, FAX number, email address, and name of contact person. No mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities or reject any or all bids as deemed in the best interest if the Owner and to re-advertise the project as necessary. |
