Southeast Arkansas and Northeast Louisiana Multimodal Freight Corridor Improvement Project - Railroad Timber Bridge Construction

The scope of work consists of repair of 4 timber bridge structures on the North Louisiana & Arkansas (NLA) Railroad including Bridge Mile Post locations 16.71, 17.50, 20.12, and 39.70. Work repair to timber bridge structures includes stringer replacement, pile posting, deck tie replacement, guard rail replacement, backwall, and bent repairs. Information to Bidders, INFRA grant requirements, Bid and Contract Forms, Plans, Specifications, and other contract documents may be examined and obtained by contacting SEAEDD. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 30 days after the date of bid opening and must provide bid bonds as required. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with State law. No interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications, drawings and other contract documents will be made to any bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to Eric Frostestad, HDR Engineering at eric.frostestad@hdrinc.com and, to be given consideration, must be received by Monday, September 19, 2022.
