Approved bidders on the North Dakota State Bidders List are hereby given notice that the State of North Dakota intends to enter into a cooperative purchasing agreement, pursuant to North Dakota Century Code (N.D.C.C.) 54-44.4-13. The purpose of this notice is to notify all registered bidders. Purchase Description: The State of North Dakota acting through its Office of Management and Budget, State Procurement Office, intends to participate in a Cooperative Purchase effort for Scoreboards, Digital Displays, and Video Boards with Related Services. The contract contains but is not limited to the following: o Scoreboards, sports displays, scorer's tables, controllers, and timing systems; o Digital displays, LED Video displays; o Video boards; o Message centers, marquees, concourse displays, transportation displays; and o Related and complementary offering of integrated audio or sound systems and related accessories and supplies This will be a cooperative purchase through Sourcewell, a local government agency and service cooperative created under the laws of the State of Minnesota that facilitates the solicitation and contract award process. Deadline for Written Questions: February 28, 2023 @ 4:30 p.m., Central Time All questions regarding the solicitation must be addressed to the entity issuing the solicitation. If you have any questions specific to the State's intent to participate in this contract or protest of North Dakota's intent to participate in this solicitation, please contact the North Dakota State Procurement Office no later than seven (7) days prior to the solicitation opening.
