| Description | The Champaign Park District is requesting sealed bids from contractors to furnish all labor, material, supplies and equipment to perform mowing services. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any or all irregularities and select the bid that is in the best interests of the Park District. All bidders shall comply with the provisions of the Affirmative Action Ordinance of the Champaign Park District, all Federal, State, and local statutory requirements pertaining to prevailing wages, Illinois Fair Employment Act, equal opportunity regulations, and any other State or Federal aid regulations applicable to the contract. |
