| Description | 1. Remove and dispose of existing drop in ceiling throughout building.Excluding office area. This involves approximately 28,000 square feet. This is only an estimate contractor will be responsible to verify Square footage. 2. All ceiling grid is to remain. 3. Replace all tile removed with USG 2310 Radar tile 4. Any ceiling grid damage caused by removal or installation will be the contractor’s responsibility to repair or replace. 5.
