| Description | Services to include removing trimmings and dead branches, palm fronds, litter, etc., found on the ground. LBPOA is seeking bids for these services throughout the calendar year 2019, with optional renewals for the years 2020 and 2021. Time frame one mowing each month of February and March. Mowing every other week from April thru October, and one time each November prior to Thanksgiving and December prior to Christmas. Areas to be mowed are described below. North Litchfield Beach Mow the north easement of Boyle Drive from the bike path to the end of grass prior to Lakeshore Drive. Also south easement of Boyle Drive from the west end of Cayman Drive to the east of Cayman Drive. Litchfield Beach Mow the north easement of Litchfield Drive from the bridge to the intersection of Sundial. This includes only that portion in front of the Litchfield sign located on the triangle of land between easement on sportsman between the roadway and the marsh. Two mowing annually one in late spring and one in late summer. | ||
