The square footage of the project has not been announced. An architect has been selected. As of August 9, 2021, this project has received approval from the Orangetown Architecture and Community Appearance Board and is now going through the site plan/final site plan review process. A general contractor has been selected; however, the name of the firm has not been disclosed. Although there is not a firm timeline, construction is not expected to begin before fourth quarter 2022.
