Work shall consist of furnishing all labor, taxes, materials, equipment, services, permits and startup, incidental and implied, for the installation and repair of metal K-style gutters throughout the facilities of Buncombe County Schools. All items not specifically mentioned in the specifications, but are required to complete the installation and repair, should automatically be included.
