Sulphur Springs Parking Lot

Bids for a parking lot replacement at the Sulphur Springs area office. Parking Lot is approximately 22,000 SF-Contractor to Field Verify. 1. Removing existing asphalt to base. 2. Saw cut and remove/ repair damaged areas and potholes. 3. Level and compact the base, and repair pothole areas, prior to installing new asphalt. 4. Install 2” of new asphalt per Specifications. 5. Restripe parking lot: stripe all areas per ADA requirements, including existing ramp area, stripe all parking spaces as indicated on existing drawing (1968 Dimensioned Site Plan). 6. Replace parking area signage including ADA required signage. 7. Repair any damaged concrete areas and curbing. 8. Remove, and then reset, all Concrete Wheel Stops, per the site plan; (1968 Dimensioned Site Plan). 9. Ensure all H/C parking spaces comply with all ADA and TAS 2012 requirements. 10. “Minor Site Work Needed”. Create a “exit path”, for the Parking Lot Rain Water, to flow away from the Drive Surface and on to the grassy area. The ‘cut’, through the Lawn area, should extend through and past the curb, at about 6’ feet wide, then downhill, past the highest part of the adjacent Dirt and Grass Lawn area, to (then); flow ‘down and away from the paved parking and driving area,’ through the grassy areas, and beyond the crown in the lawn.
