| Description | Renovation of an existing janitorial closet into a single occupant ADA compliant restroom The Performance and Payment Bonds shall be submitted before execution of the Contract. The Performance Bond shall be not less than 100% of the total amount of the bid price named in the Contract. The Payment Bond shall be not less than 100% of the total amount of the bid price named in the Contract. The Agency reserves the right, after opening bids, to reject any or all bids, or to make award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder and reject all other bids; to waive any informality in the bidding; and to take all bids under advisement for a period of 90 days. At the time of Contract award to a bidder, the bidder shall possess a current California Contractor License Class B. |
