Highway 5 Project Arboretum Area TH 5 from approximately 800 feet west of Stieger Lake Lane in Victoria to Century Boulevard in Chanhassen and CSAH 13 (Rolling Acres Road/Bavaria Road) from approximately 78th Street to Fribourg Court in Victoria. The Carver County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.Responders must provide a detailed work plan, which must identify the major tasks to be accomplished. Responders must be sure to not only describe what will be done but explain how each task will be accomplished. These tasks will be used as a scheduling and management tool, as well as the basis for invoicing. The detailed work plan must present: a. The overall project approach b. A separate scope of work including a work breakdown structure of the necessary project tasks, detailing the tasks, and how they will be completed and dependencies c. A clear purpose, description, and format of key deliverables d. An overall project schedule, including key deliverable due dates, including the future final design and construction phases e. A list of key personnel working on the project, including details of each person’s role, by major task
