The Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract professional consulting services to provide siting, planning, design, permitting, and construction phase services required to develop Recycling Facilities. The selection of the property (or properties) where this project may be located is not complete, and the COUNTY may require siting services from the CONSULTANT. Prior to scope development with the CONSULTANT, the COUNTY will provide a conceptual site layout for the proposed facilities.
