Description

Project consists of providing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the scope of services below for the improvements of the entrance sign into the Cedar Creek Business Park. 1. Pressure-wash entire structure (water provided by Cumberland County through existing water connection on-site). 2. Remove existing interior lighting system and replace with new, long-life/low voltage (12 volts) LED lighting system. 3. Patch all existing bullet holes. 4. Remove existing blue film off letter faces and prepare the surface for new letter faces. 5. Apply new 3M translucent film to prepped letter faces. 6. Spray automotive grand blue and white colors onto structure to match the existing painting scheme on the sign. Colors shall be approved by Owner prior to commencing work. 7. Hand paint green accent stripe onto top of structure using exterior oil enamel. Color shall be approved by Owner prior to commencing work. 8. Final hand wash entire structure upon completion of all restoration work. 9. Contractor responsible for removal and disposal of waste material generated for the project.
