Exterior Weatherization at Horizon High School and Explorer Middle School

Weatherization of the existing building exterior envelope at Horizon High School and Explorer Middle School. Contractor is expected to work on an occupied campus’ although summer activities have not been scheduled; and comply with the construction documents and the provided basis of design. Horizon High School - Project Narrative: This project includes the weatherization of all campus buildings which includes masonry repair, stucco/EFIS repair, painting, sealing, and caulking around door, windows and other penetrations. The project will also include expansion and control join removal and replacement and roofing repairs. There will also be grading and drainage required and earth berm walls will also need to be resealed and repaired. This will require the removal and reinstallation of soil and landscaping in these locations. Explorer Middle School – Project Narrative: This project includes the weatherization of all campus buildings which includes masonry repairs, painting, sealing, caulking, copings and expansion and control joint removal and replacement.
