Reclamation of Wells - Package 3

This bid should include the full cost to reclaim the well sites and facility sites. 1) contact landowner and go over the reclaim plan. 2) Remove surfacing material from site. 3) Remove contamination down to 4’ or to levels of 10,000 ppm with no free product for TPH and Electrical conductivity (EC) of 2000 micro siemens/cm. 4) Recontour the site, rip the site to alleviate compaction, and spread 6 inches of topsoil. 6) Seed with native grass or seed specified by landowner (if tillable no seeding will be needed). Below is the list of sites: 11516 – State 36 1 – SWNW Section 26 T154N R100W – Straighten fence and contour cut on section line. 10080 – Grace Oyloe 1-4 – NWSE Section 4 T152N 103W – well head is left for a FW well conversion. 6757 – Clark 1 – SESW Section 5 T155N R101W 6306 – Jenson 4 1 – NESW Section 4 T155N R101W – including battery 10414 – Winter Lesnick 1 – SESE Section 5 T155N R101W – Partial reclaim needed since road and battery are still in use. 10837 – Allison 1 – NENE Section 8 T155N R101W 14659 – Sandberg 1-21H – SWSE Section 21 T156N R100W.
