Johnson Park Sports Facility Improvements Phase 1A

The work will include but is not limited to, the construction of approximately one thousand four hundred sixty four linear feet (1,563 LF) of storm drainage piping throughout Johnson Park ranging in size from 15 inches to 24 inches, one (1) reconstructed drainage structure, twelve (12) new drainage structures, utility relocations, four hundred ten (410) linear feet of sanitary sewer piping, 24" diameter, three (3) new sanitary sewer structures, temporary sanitary sewer bypass piping and pumping, 3,972 SY Dense Graded Aggregate, 12" Thick, stripping, stockpiling and sampling and classification of surface soils and excavated materials, and surface restoration including 1,526 SY topsoiling, fertilizing, seeding, and mulching
