Reconstruct the section of Pine Street between Goff Avenue and Main Street in order to install green stormwater infrastructure (GSI) practices and reduce the quantity of stormwater discharged to the combined sewer overflow (CSO) system. GSI practices for this project primarily include streetside (bioretention) planters and permeable pavers.
