The Project consists of: Exterior door replacement at 7 buildings at Roger Conant Elderly Housing development, including storm doors, where shown, asbestos abatement, entryway repairs, painting, and all related work. The work is estimated to cost $160,500.00. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 26 to 27H inclusive. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the category of General Building Construction.
