PIN 581419, FA Proj Y240-5814-193, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie Cos., LARGE CULVERT REPLACE AND REHABILITATE: US Route 20, NY Route 39, NY Route 242, and I-86, Towns of Ripley, Concord, Allegany, Hinsdale, and Little Valley, Every bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check or bank cashier's check payable to the NYS Department of Transportation, in the sum of the amount shown on the proposal title page. Bonds must be on form CONR 391. Electronic bids must include an electronic bid bond. Contract administration or procurement questions may be submitted either electronically or directed to Robert Kitchen, or the Assistant Director/Director of the Office of Contract Management, (518) 457-2124. Federally Aided Contracts identify a DBE Goal, and 100% NY State Funded Contracts identify both MBE and WBE Goals. Contracts with 0% Goals are generally single operation contracts, where sub-contracting is not expected, and smaller size contracts -- both of which may present direct bidding opportunities for Small Business Firms, including, but not limited to, DBE or MBE and WBE.
