Description

One-time bid pricing for furnishing foundation anchor assemblies and associated hardware: 48 each - 14 Tapered Aluminum Pedestal Pole with Natural Finish, pedestal pole 7.0 x 4.5 x 14 aluminum for AT-A base 34 each - AT-A Aluminum Transformer Base, as per ODOT standard construction drawing HL-10.13 Delivery shall be made within five (5) months upon written or verbal notification of a valid State of Ohio Purchase Order (PO). All deliveries shall be coordinated to ensure proper storage and hand-off methods are in place. Deliveries must be between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding State of Ohio holidays, unless special permission is granted by the Department to temporarily waive or adjust this requirement. The anchors shall be shipped with each anchors associated hardware separately boxed/crated labeled, packaged, and secured. The supplier shall notify the point of delivery date and time at least five (5) days in advance of the day of delivery or at the time of loading prior to shipment, whichever is sooner. This notification is need for the Department to coordinate equipment to unload the shipment at the delivery location. An itemization of all delivered parts shall be provided with each shipment. Steel Specification: Ohio Revised Code (Section 153.011) and CM&S 106.09 - Steel & Iron Products Made in the United States: To be noted, all requirements stated in CM&S 106.09 shall be adhered to. The unit bid price shall include delivery charges to the location listed. Each unit delivered shall be guaranteed against faulty material and workmanship for a period as stated by the bidder in the proposal (this guarantee period shall be not less than that usually granted) and, if during this period such faults develop, the bidder agrees to replace the unit or the part affected without cost to ODOT, with all replacement charges paid for by the vendor.
