Mills Park Basketball Court Improvements

This project aims to improve the conditions of the current basketball court located within Mills Park behind the concession building, accessible from Proffitt Road. The project consists of the follow items: a small amount of asphalt demo site grading and other preparation work installation of 2 ADA parking spaces a 42" CMU perimeter Wall 4.5` black vinyl coated Chain-link perimeter Fence to match existing fence in the park 2 x 8` black vinyl coated Chain-link Fence Gate to match existing fence in the park Combination Basketball/Soccer Goal Versacourt Speed Outdoor Multi-Court tiles with basketball, 4-square, and soccer court striping Basketball Court Lighting Add Alternates: 1. Replacing the 42" CMU perimeter Wall with a poured in place concrete wall 2. Replacing the 42" CMU perimeter Wall with a poured in place colored concrete wall with form liner
