| Description | The existing main entrance concrete stairs, railings, stair lighting and associated electrical shall be demolished and removed. A new stair configuration consisting of pre-cast concrete and permeable pavers will be constructed. Excavations will be required to form and cast new concrete footings and foundations to support the pre-cast stair components. A drainage system will be provided for the stair landings and main plaza by means of permeable pavers, surface drains and piping run to an existing underground drainage structure. |
