As of June 27 2023, this project has no awarded bidder yet. Scope of work includes but is not limited to the construction of a new 24,000 sf PEMB. All work including materials, equipment, and labor complete with site work, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems in accordance with the plans and specifications. Please see project documents for Contingency Allowance, Bid A, Bid B and Alternates #1, 2, 3, and 4. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to commence prior to July 2023. There are no wage rates associated with this project.
