| Description | The East Hartford Housing Authority will be accepting bids for Service & Maintenance of our boiler systems. This contract will last for three (3) years with an additional two (2) each, one (1) year extensions offered at the end of the initial 3-year contract period, upon agreement of both parties. The East Hartford Housing Authority intends that this contract would start no later than May 1, 2023 and that the qualified contractor would provide services for a period of three years. Two (2), one (1) year contract extensions may be offered at the end of the initial 3-year contract period, upon mutual agreement of both parties. |
