| Description | The Administration Building was constructed in 1954 with an addition added in 1969. Both structures sit on deep foundations with the original construction sitting on belled piers and the newer construction sitting on straight shaft piers embedded in rock. Over time, the original construction foundation is moving down relative ot the rest of the building and new addition. This request is design of a micropile solution to support the building and arrest any future downward movement. |
