Description

The Infrastructure Improvements of Tibbetts Brook Park, which includes resurface, modify, and reconstruct the main park access drive; reconstruction and resurfacing of access driveway through park, construction of expanded parking facilities including ADA, parking areas along with associated drainage, landscape, and other site improvements. The existing gate house will be removed and replaced, and the park pathways will be resurfaced.
