200,000 Gallon Elevated Water Storage Tank Rehabilitation

The Project includes the following Work: Rehabilitation of the interior and exterior elevated tank coatings. The Project is expected to be completed on or before September 30, 2022, and an alternate completion date is being bid allowing the Project to be completed on or before September 30, 2023. A pre-bid conference for the Project will NOT be held. A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of City Clerk, Lexington, Illinois, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Base Bid for the Divisions bid shall be submitted with each Bid. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Bids will be held for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of Bids.

Division 05 -	Metals, Structural Metal Framing, Metal Decking.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Facility Fuel Piping, Facility Fuel-Storage Tanks.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
