| Description | MBMV212805 – Repair Hangar Floor – BLDG 6900: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision, management and incidentals to perform the floor repairs of Hangar 6900. Building floor coating must be removed, cleaned, primed, and repainted, including preparation work and cleanup, with an epoxy/urethane coating. Grind or sandblast the floor surface to remove old paint and level the floor. Prep floor for an application of epoxy coating. This SOW provides for preventative maintenance of the building systems and assemblies via the application of protective coatings. The current floor is in poor condition. Perform concrete flooring rehabilitation, as needed, and resealing of joints in rigid pavement, as needed. |
