| Description | Replace two (2) automatic gate controllers and convert one (1) automatic gate to a manual opening gate. The automatic gate controllers must be compatible with the current gate configuration/locations of gates, controllers, and vehicle detector loops. The gate controller must have an override to manually open the gates in the event of power loss. Entry from outside the gate using a key pad is required to enable entry into the compound. The pedestal mounted keypads currently installed shall be utilized if determined serviceable and compatible with the replacement gate controllers. The automatic gate that will be converted to a manual gate must be able to be opened by a single person and secured with a government provided chain and lock configuration or suitable substitute. |
