Description

Provide landscape maintenance services along the Lake Hills Connector from Richards Road to 140th Avenue South East. The work included in the Contract includes maintaining landscape surfaces including the following; Rough mowing, Shrub and ground cover pruning and brush clearing as necessary to maintain sufficient clearance from the roadway and to maintain sight distance requirements, Cutting, grubbing and removal of undesirable vegetation including invasive plants (blackberry, knotweed) and volunteers (alder, cottonwood, big leaf maple). Litter pickup and removal, Hard and soft surface blowing of debris created during course of providing required maintenance services.
