Every attempt will be made to answer posted questions, although no answers will be provided to questions posted after 2:00 pm on the day prior to bid opening Bids must be accompanied by a corporate surety bond made in favor of Olmsted County or a certified check made payable to the Olmsted County Treasurer for 5% of the amount of the bid. Upon execution of the Contract, certified checks or bid bonds will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders within 30 days of the opening of the bids. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Surety Bond. Olmsted County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities thereof.
