2021 South Marion Avenue Sanitary Sewer Replacement

The scope of work will include but is not limited to, the replacement of existing sanitary sewer mains and infrastructure along South Marion Avenue within the Borough of Wenonah. The work includes the replacement of 630 linear feet of existing sanitary sewer mains, removal and abandonment of existing sanitary sewer main, replacement of two (2) existing sanitary sewer manholes, rehabilitation of one (1) existing sanitary sewer manhole, reconnection of all existing associated lateral services, bypass pumping and piping, all necessary excavation, test pits as directed by the Engineer, disposal of removed infrastructure in accordance with regulatory requirements, specified backfill, surface restorations, and all materials incidental to complete the necessary replacements. The Contractor will abide by conditions and requirements for the scope of work and all coordination with property owners before and after construction activities. The Contractor shall be responsible to complete this work in accordance with all regulations set forth by the Authority having jurisdiction of the applicable Rights-Of-Way. Complementary work to furnish and install accessory materials as may be necessary may be if and where directed items by the Owner. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, supervision, trade skills, materials, and equipment required for this project as described in the Construction Documents.
