Westcliffe Sand Shed Repairs

Qualified General Contractors (GCs) are invited to bid on the installation of a pre-engineered metal building at an existing sand shed structure in Westcliffe. The existing sand shed has 10-foot-high concrete walls and foundations and had a fabric structure that was destroyed in the wind. The contractor shall remove the existing fabric structure’s metal framing and provide and install a new pre-engineered metal structure on top of the existing concrete walls. The sand shed is 2,840 square feet (60-feet by 47-feet 4-inches) and is open on the south end. The new roof will be a gable style roof.
