Description

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Completion of construction work begun in buildings 785, 787, 791, 792, 793, 794, and 795 to remove and replace showers/bath tubs, and associated plumbing and adjacent materials. 2. Completion of construction work begun in building 732 - E Ward including (but not limited to) installation of windows (currently with the manufacturer Boyd Industries) and completion of finish and building system(s). 3. Complete renovation of building 732 – D Wing including complete interior demolition and construction of new fire rated walls, sleeping rooms, and supporting spaces. Structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work will be required to be performed. Existing windows shall be removed and replaced.
