All streets, driveways and alleys where applicable shall be kept open to traffic at all times other than when by necessity during the construction of curb and gutter, valley gutters and or other construction operations required, said facilities will be blocked temporarily, but no longer than necessary to complete said operations, as determined by the Engineer. In the event that for any reason a time interval greater than the minimum is needed to complete the construction operation, the Contractor shall set-up traffic control in accordance with the “Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices” (latest edition). No direct payment shall be made to the Contractor for any temporary detours which may be needed during the construction of this project.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Erosion and Sedimentation Controls.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Ponds and Reservoirs, Storm Drainage Structures.
