Description | Qualified respondents (vendor, Value Added Reseller (VAR), or installer) of various solutions from qualified suppliers (manufacturer, provider, or supplier) to replace its aging telephone systems, all Avaya, with a new unified communications (UC) and contact center (CC) solution at all of its sites in the greater municipal area. The City also wishes to use this opportunity to evaluate new technology that will increase productivity and enhance service quality. The new platform will support a total of nearly 700 stations at more than 40 locations. The City of Yuma has retained Communication Strategies (consultant), an independent technology consulting firm, to assist in the design, evaluation, and implementation of this new platform. |
