For the purposes of bonding, the OPC for the base bid work is in the range of $230,000 - $250,000. Walls shall require wood stud, drywall & texture Additional Note to contractor: Contractor shall not touch/move security equipment, AV equipment & computers. The Yolo County IT Department will be responsible for these services. Contractor shall not move phones or telecom wiring. The Yolo County Telecom Division will be responsible for these services.
