Description

Provide construction services for the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program, Structure Elevation in Tall Timbers, MD to elevate one residential structure three (3) feet above the design flood elevation (DFE plus six (6) feet) and constructing the foundation per the documents contained in this Solicitation. The Work consists of elevating the existing structure to a height of at least three (3) feet above the DFE as measured from the finished floor elevation, construct the foundation, and then lowering the building onto the new foundation/pier(s).
