| Description | This Project includes milling and repaving the existing parking lot; grading, curb, separation of the existing combined sewer, stormwater detention system, water main and related Work. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond, in the amount of at least five (5) percent of the amount bid, drawn payable to St. Clare of Montefalco Parish as security for the proper execution of the Agreement.
