Project 2: 290th Ave., 2" cold mix overlay with 2' shoulders from Cty. Hwy. E west to Town Line, (approx. 3 miles) Project 3: 250th St., chip seal with 1/4 fractured granite and hot oil from Cty. Hwy. M north to 290th Ave. (2 miles).
