Fuel Site Repairs and Upgrades at Wharton Garage, Hanover Garage and Hill Fuel Station for the Morris County Division of Motor Services

The Project consists of Fuel Site Repairs and Upgrades at three (3) different locations throughout Morris County, NJ for the Morris County Division of Motor Services. The three (3) project locations and associated Scopes of Work at each site are generally described below, and phasing of the construction activities shall occur in the order listed: Phase 1: The Hill Fuel Station Replace the concrete pads around fuel islands and sidewalk by building Replace fuel island concrete. Phase 2: Hanover Garage Site Replace the concrete pads around fuel islands Replace the canopy using present frame Replace fuel island concrete Phase 3: Wharton Garage Site Replace all of the manhole buckets and riser Replace the concrete pads around fuel islands Replace the canopy using present frame Replace fuel island concrete Install a DEF station and connect to gas BOY system

Division 03 -	Concrete, Concrete Reinforcing, Cast-in-Place Concrete.
Division 05 -	Metals, Structural Metal Framing, Metal Decking.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Facility Fuel Piping, Facility Fuel-Storage Tanks.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
