| Description | As of September 14 2022, the downtown infrastructure and streetscape project has not been tentatively awarded. This project is expected to be awarded sometime in October. PROJECT ESTIMATE: $5,194,243.50 PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS: Sewer and Water utility construction, roadway reconstruction, electrical and lighting replacement, concrete pavers, stone veneer seatwalls, and landscape plantings. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Recsonstruction roads, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and water mains on Brady, Locust, Hubbard, Trowbridge and State Streets in Downtown Allegan. The Project includes sidewalks, landscape plantings, concrete pavers, and site amenities. Debarment Certification, and good faith efforts to retain DBE/MBE/WBE Contractors in each trade. Bids received without the necessary accompanying documentation will be returned to the Bidder, unopened. The Work is scheduled for completion by August 2024. |
